This Month at BCC IT: June 2025 Author: Amanda Harlow What’s New This Month As we welcomed June and the summer season, we’re excited to share what’s been happening behind the scenes this month. Our team has been busy working on a range of exciting projects designed to enhance your experience and streamline our services. Here’s a snapshot of this month’s highlights: Infrastructure Upgrades We’ve been busy rolling out new VoIP solutions and enhancing connectivity across multiple clients, ensuring a more robust and seamless network. Hardware Refresh We’re in the process of installing new workstations and replacing older communications equipment to make sure our clients have access to the latest technology and improved performance. Network Optimisation Our engineers have been reconfiguring network paths throughout England and Wales to prioritise traffic flow. We were in Gloucester over the weekend, supporting a full network and communications move – A great example of our commitment to providing flexible services and seamless client connectivity.These projects are just a glimpse of the continuous improvements we’re making to keep everything smooth, secure and efficient for our clients. Our Ongoing Commitment to Service Excellence Earlier this month, we dove into the value of customer feedback in our feature article: Behind Every Smileback. Smileback, is the system we use at BCC IT to collect feedback. It is an essential feature of our commitment to providing excellence in both support and service. Your feedback not only helps us resolve issues – it strengthens our mission to build relationships and trust. Every piece of feedback is a stepping stone toward making the service we provide even better. You can read all about this in our November 2024 Insight With the Crown and Tick proudly displayed, we were visited again earlier this month by the British Assessment Bureau (BAB) for our first of two further audits of ISO9001 and ISO14001: ISO 9001 (Quality) Focussed on Quality Management, this standard ensures we are meeting customer expectations with defined processes that continually enhance confidence in our service delivery. ISO 14001 (Environment) A core part of our Business Management System, this standard ensures we are actively reducing our environmental footprint. It helps us stay compliant, reduce waste, conserve energy and support sustainability initiatives. Why It Matters These three ISO Accreditations are incredibly important – not just for us, but for many of our clients. They showcase our commitment to high standards, continuous improvement and exceptional service. Flying Colours We’re proud to share that we didn’t just pass – we excelled! Both the ISO 9001 and 14001 assessments were passed with no non-conformities. We aim to complete the final stages in November 2025 – Stay tuned for further updates!
