Smarter Workspaces, Stronger Security and Happier Clients

As August fades into memory it’s hard to believe how quickly the month has passed. With bank holidays setting the pace, summer seemed to fly by.

Living in Wales at this time of the year often means sharing our favourite beauty spots with visitors from near and far, reminding us how fortunate we are to enjoy the stunning landscapes all year round.  Despite the holidays and longer weekends, our team remained dedicated to keeping everything running smoothly, helping clients embrace smarter, more efficient and secure ways of working. Here’s a look at our August highlights:

👥 Our Workforce

We’ve been out and about across the country, delivering essential support and system upgrades to help clients stay safe, connected, and productive. Here’s a snapshot of what the BCC team have been up to: 

  • Essential Hardware Upgrades 

From our ongoing replacement of Windows 10 devices to installing new desktop towers and complete system builds, we’ve delivered multiple hardware upgrades to ensure our clients’ teams are equipped to work securely with up-to-date technology that’s ready to use.  

  • Wi-Fi Upgrades for Smarter Workspaces 

We’ve installed enhanced Wi-Fi solutions to deliver faster, more reliable connectivity across modern office, remote, and hybrid work environments – supporting today’s flexible ways of working with improved signal coverage and performance. 

  • Data Migration and Backup 

Out team successfully completed critical system migrations and backups projects, ensuring minimal disruption and safeguarding client data with reliable, dependable solutions. 

🔐 Insights from our Cyber Security Team

While our engineers were busy on the ground, our Cyber Team worked behind the scenes to keep systems protected and businesses compliant: 

  • Cyber Essentials and Assurance 

We completed both Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus assessments, helping clients strengthen their security posture and meet key compliance standards. 

  • Vulnerability Monitoring and Fixes 

Our team continuously monitors for critical software vulnerabilities – issuing alerts, reviewing findings, and overseeing timely remediation plans to keep systems secure.  

  • Decommissioning and Device Security 

Safely decommissioning outdated devices and legacy servers is a priority – essential for reducing risk while supporting greener more streamlined operations. 

  • Ongoing Cyber Support 

Day to day cyber assurance remains a core focus, with our team providing guidance and support to keep clients informed, confident and protected.

We’re proud to share that our  Net CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) Score for August 2025 came in at an impressive 98.8, with 99.2% of survey responses marked as positive! 

  • 257 clients rated their service tickets 
  • Response rate: 54.8% 
  • Positive: 99.2%      
  • Neutral:  0.4%     
  • Negative: 0.4%  

While we’re thrilled with these results, we know feedback is more than just a score. Every comment helps us grow – whether it’s a glowing review or a nudge for improvement.
