Extended IT support helpdesk hours

Increased I.T Service Desk Hours

To better meet the needs of our clients, we have recently extended our IT service helpdesk opening hours for technical support. This brings our telephone services operating hours closer in line to the operating hours of our clients, ensuring we are available to provide technical support assistance at times more suited to their needs.

The IT support enhancement is to improve the already high expectations of our service desk.

The service desk telephone support will now be open for all support from Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm and Saturday support is available on request.
