IT Business Recognised at Awards!

BCC IT, a CarmarthenshireIT and Telephony Company, was recognised at the South Wales Business Awards ceremony held on 9th September 2016 at the Bear Hotel in Cowbridge. The event was hosted by Wesley Skene of Wesley Skene Marketing and the evening was presented by one of Wales’ best-known and much-loved television and radio presenters, Sara Edwards. Businesses from many sectors across South Wales turned out for the evening to celebrate the successes of South Wales businesses during the last twelve months.

The Newcastle Emlyn, Carmarthenshire based  IT company,  grabbed the top spot in the ‘Business Services – Business of the Year’ category, which recognises the exceptional business services it provides to hundreds of businesses and organisations across Wales.

The company has built up a diverse client portfolio, supporting many different types of businesses and organisations, of all sizes, in the past 28 years, from estate agents to local authorities, solicitors to travel agents, garages to dentists, and charities to manufacturing plants. It is considered to be the key strategic IT partner to organisations such as the Wales Cooperative Centre, Hafan Cymru, John Francis Estate Agents, Golwg, Princes Gate, Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol, Building Communities Trustees and Cambrian Pet Foods.

This is the company’s third award in 2016. At the start of year, BCC IT was recognised at the West Wales Business Awards, where it picked up the ‘Services’ award. This award recognises the exceptional services it provides to businesses and organisations across Wales. In March, it picked up the ‘Technology’ award at the inaugural Carmarthenshire Means Business Awards, recognising it as Carmarthenshire’s top technology company. In addition, runner up for the Customer Excellence category.
