Local IT company announces ISO 27001 Certification

BCC IT, a local IT company based in Newcastle Emlyn are very proud to announce recently being awarded the ISO 27001 – a widely adopted global security standard that sets out requirements and best practices for a systematic approach to managing company and customer information. The standard encompasses all organisations’ people, processes & technology, and guarantees the robustness and quality of BCC IT’s management processes. Achieving this certification reinforces the quality of BCC IT’s risk management and certifies their commitment to security controls and practices, resulting in the high level of service experienced by their clients.

In order to achieve the ISO 27001 certification, stringent assessment criteria had to be met. In an industry where the policies in place to monitor information security are increasingly important, achieving this accreditation represents BCC IT’s commitment and dedication to continuously improving service and client security.
