Account Manager (Sales Department)

We’re actively looking for an experienced Account Manager focusing on new business development to join our dynamic and proactive team.

You’ll play a pivotal role in nurturing existing client accounts while actively seeking out new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth.  The ability and willingness to travel between sites across Wales and England is essential, whilst experience of the IT industry and the ability to communicate bilingually (Welsh and English) is preferable.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Understand client goals, pain points, and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and act as a trusted adviser.

New Business Development:

  • Identify and target potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to find untapped opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals and presentations.

Sales Strategy:

  • Help develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue targets.

This post provides a challenging, exciting and rewarding opportunity for the ideal candidate including a basic salary and attractive bonus incentive.  Basic £29,000 with genuine OTE of approx. £57,500.

Service Desk Technicians

We’re seeking suitably skilled Service Desk Technicians to join our exceptional customer-focused  technical team.

As a Service Desk Technician, you’ll play a crucial role in providing efficient IT support and assistance to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include handling helpdesk enquiries, resolving technical issues, and occasionally performing on-site tasks.

Roles Available:

Desktop Support Technician (1st and some 2nd line):

  • Respond to user queries via phone, e-mail, and chat application.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Ensure prompt and SLA-compliant resolution of technical issues.
  • Keep users informed about issue resolution.

Escalation Technician (generally 2nd and 3rd lines):

  • Handle complex technical escalations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address critical incidents.
  • Assist the Desktop Support Team during peak workloads.
  • Provide face-to-face support when necessary.

Candidates should be passionate about technology and helping people, this will include assisting your colleagues by accurately recording your work and documenting in general. Successful applicants will possess exceptional customer-facing skills and the ability to handle confidential information with utmost professionalism. Whether communicating with tech-savvy clients or those less familiar with technical jargon, you’ll do so in a respectful and non-condescending manner.

Experience in hardware, software, hosted environments (such as Microsoft 365), and operating system functionality or equivalent training and/or education will be extremely beneficial. A solid understanding of Ethernet and IP-based networking is essential. Customer service experience is preferred, and additional skills such as hardware repair and familiarity with telephone systems are highly desirable.

The roles will include rota-based weekend work with occasional additional, payable overtime.

Salary will be dependent on experience and skills, but as a guide:

Level 1 – 2           £24,500 to £29,000 per annum

Level 2 – 3           £28,000 to £35,000 per annum

Cybersecurity & Compliance Technician

We’re seeking a suitably skilled Cybersecurity & Compliance Technician to join our growing Cyber and Compliance team.

As a Cybersecurity & Compliance Technician, you’ll play a crucial role in guiding our customers through the process of attaining and maintaining various standards and certifications. These include IASME Cyber Essentials (Basic and Plus), IASME Cyber Assurance (Level 1 & 2), and other relevant frameworks.

You will also lead the ongoing analysis, reporting, and remediation of software vulnerabilities identified through regular scanning of customer environments.

You’ll regularly liaise with third-party suppliers, assessors, and customers, so the ability to communicate confidently and clearly, both verbally and in writing, is essential

Experience/Skills:

Demonstrable experience and/or a solid understanding of any or all of the following in a business context is highly desirable:

  • IASME Cyber Essentials (Basic or Plus)
  • IASME Cyber Assurance (Level 1 & 2)
  • Software Vulnerability analysis, reporting and remediation
  • Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems
  • Microsoft Server Operating Systems
  • Apple iOS \ MACOS Operating System
  • Linux Operating Systems
  • Microsoft 365, Entra ID and/or Azure
  • Powershell scripting
  • RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) tools

Candidates should be passionate about technology and committed to educating users to act as human firewalls within their organisations. The role requires accurately recording your work and maintaining a high standard of documentation throughout.

Salary will be dependent on experience and skills, but as a guide £28,500 – £35,000 per annum.
