If you require IT Help & Support but feel that an IT Support Contract isn’t for you, then BCC IT Solutions offer a ‘Pay as you Go’ or ‘Ad-hoc’ service. This service is typically suited to small companies and organisations with a low IT usage.

Pay as you Go IT Support is charged at £90 +VAT for a call out including the first hour (£55 +VAT if support is provided remotely), then £55 +VAT per hour thereafter. The minimum charge is one hour and you simply pay for each hour that support is used.

Pay as you Go IT support is aimed at:

Businesses that have non-critical IT systems
Small organisations that have some in-house IT skills but need somewhere to turn when they get ‘out of their depth’

The obvious advantage of choosing IT support on a Pay as you Go basis is that there is no minimum contract obligation, however, that said, we feel that most businesses and organisations will benefit significantly from choosing a Support Contract rather than having ‘one off’ IT support on a pay as you go basis.
