Our Proactive Onsite IT Support Contracts are aimed at businesses and organisations who want to take the hassle out of IT. A Proactive Support Contract from BCC is a fully managed support programme for the client who wants a team of highly trained and experienced IT professionals to deal with everything IT – from complex technical issues, to basic user issues and everything in-between.

Proactive Onsite IT Support Contracts are our most popular offering, and it’s easy to see why... in addition to all the benefits of our Remote Support, you also get unlimited (yes unlimited) onsite support. What this means is that if we are unable to rectify your problem or issue remotely, then at no additional cost to you we will have an engineer onsite to resolve the problem regardless of how long it takes... 1 hour, 1 day, 1 month etc. (it won’t really take 1 month!!).

As well as having an engineer onsite whenever one is required, a further major benefit of this support offering is proactive monitoring and maintenance. All of our Proactive Onsite Support Contract clients benefit hugely from the ‘background’ checks and monitoring that we carry out daily (we can often troubleshoot and fix before you even know there is a problem), and ultimately results in less downtime and less inconvenience long term.
