All we ask is you have a genuine interest in the service and you are willing to help our account managers with some basic information prior to scheduling this activity.
The FREE services can vary, but our current offerings include:
- IT Security Consultation including a vulnerability Scan – We can health assess how secure your IT is at present and identify potential concerns and failings.
- Anti SPAM Trial – This is a ‘try before you’ service, 2 weeks of FREE trial which you can continue with or terminate subject to the success of the service.
- Call & Line Services Audit – We offer a fully independent assessment on your current line call charges to determine if we are able to offer potential savings ongoing.
- Server Health Check - Your business could benefit from a free server health check from one of our Trained Engineers who can identify potential problems and recommend improvements to your IT infrastructure to get your business working more efficiently.
- Free IT Assessment & System Audit - At this first meeting, a BCC IT Solution technician will conduct a general overview of your business, system requirements, and obtain your views as to how you envisage your use of IT developing. At the same time we will conduct a general health check on your current system and advise of any issues that are currently present.
